Naved Shaikh, popularly known as Naezy was born on 10th August 1993 and raised in a very middle-class Muslim family in the chawls of Kurla, Mumbai. Naved’s father’s name is Shahid Raza he works in Dubai and his mother, is Farhin Raza. During his school days, Naezy was involved in several mischievous activities and was never interested in studies. He often roams around the streets with his friends and is also caught by police. He has completed his graduation degree in BSC from Guru Nanak Khalsa College and even met with NCube, a rapper who formed a hip-hop group namely, The Schizophrenics. He has been given a stage name, The Baa which means the crazy, and started his career by writing rap songs.
